Forge Athletics / Performance Training

Built
here.

A performance gym for people who train with intent. Coached sessions, measured progress, and a floor built for work — not for noise.

Ethos

No mirrors on
the main floor.

Forge is a coaching gym, not a gym that happens to employ coaches. Nobody trains here unwatched, and nobody follows a program that wasn't written for a reason.

Every block starts with an assessment and ends with a review. You'll know what you're training, why it's in the program, and what changed since last block — in numbers, not vibes.

The floor itself is deliberately plain. Racks, platforms, turf, ergs. No neon circuits, no playlist wars, no queue for a machine you don't need. The loudest thing in the room should be the bar hitting the pins.

  • Coaching first. Small groups, eyes on every working set.
  • Measured, not guessed. Assessments open and close every block.
  • Quiet floor, loud work. Built for training, stripped of everything else.

Foundations

For people new to the barbell — or coming back after time away. Sessions are full-body and coach-led: technique first, load second.

  • Squat, hinge, press, pull — taught from zero
  • Max four athletes per coach
  • 60-minute sessions, 3× per week

  • Video review of your main lifts

is decorative.

Visit

Your first session
is an assessment.

Not a workout. Not a sales tour. A coach takes you through movement, strength and conditioning baselines, then tells you honestly which program fits — including "not ours" if that's the truth.

Write to us with a sentence about where you are and where you're trying to get. A coach replies within one working day.
