OUR STORY

Our story. From workflows to an operating system.

Vyntra’s approach grew from a practical SEO problem: the work is connected, but its information often is not. Website checks, page improvements, approvals and reports need to tell one coherent story.

It started with the same work, every month

Vyntra began in performance marketing: running SEO and ads for Malaysian service businesses from Puchong, Selangor. The businesses were the kind that make up most of the Malaysian economy: contractors, clinics, professional services, property, education and local brands, each with one website and a WhatsApp number that needed to ring.

The work had a pattern. Every month: open Search Console, export the queries, crawl the site, check which pages had dropped out of the index, look at rankings, compare with competitors, write the report, send it on WhatsApp, and repeat. The genuinely valuable part, deciding what to change and why, took a small share of the hours. Most of the time went into checking and collecting.

That pattern also created risk. When checks happen once a month, problems wait. A page accidentally set to noindex after a plugin update, or a contact number that changed but not on the website, could sit unnoticed for weeks.

Software for the repetition

So we started automating the repetition for ourselves: scheduled checks for index coverage, a crawler for technical issues, rank tracking that used the same query, device and location every time, and a report that assembled itself from the data. The aim was simple: spend human hours on decisions, not on copying numbers between tabs.

Language models added new abilities on top of that automation: grouping queries by intent across English, Bahasa Malaysia and Chinese, drafting title options, explaining a technical issue in plain language. Each capability was useful. Separately, they were also messy: findings in one tool, tasks in another, approvals in a WhatsApp thread, and no single record of what had actually changed on the live site.

Why it became an operating system

The breakthrough was not a smarter model. It was realising that the important unit of SEO work is a complete task: a signal, the evidence, the affected page, a proposal, a named reviewer, the change going live and a check that it worked. A finding is only useful if someone understands it and acts on it. An improvement is only complete when the live page reflects it. A report is only useful if the business can see what to do next.

Keeping those pieces together is what an operating system does. Vyntra OS gives six specialist agents (index, technical, on-page, rank, competitor and report) one shared model of each website, so the technical agent knows what the rank agent saw that morning. It keeps every proposal in one review queue and records what was approved, rejected or changed. The SEO OS walkthrough shows the full pipeline, and the agents page describes each role.

Why people still approve every change

We could have let the agents edit websites directly. We chose not to. Software is good at noticing patterns and drafting options; it is poor at knowing that a service was discontinued last month, that a promotion ended, or that a claim would be inaccurate. Businesses are accountable for what their websites say, so a person approves every change before it goes live, and the system checks afterwards that the approved change is what actually appeared.

The same thinking shaped the rest of how we work. Our visual identity may be futuristic, but the job is concrete: keep the source, the affected page, the recommendation, the reviewer and the verification together, and make missing access and uncertainty visible instead of hiding them.

Why the price is published

For many business owners, the hardest part of buying SEO is not understanding it but comparing quotes: scopes are vague, prices vary widely, and it is hard to know what a monthly fee actually buys. Because the repeated work is automated, we can offer a defined scope at a published price: RM399 a month for one website, with lower rates for longer terms, and a written list of what is and is not included. Publishing the price is a commitment to that clarity.

What we will not do

  • We will not guarantee rankings. Nobody controls Google.
  • We will not publish invented results, reviews or testimonials. Sample interfaces on this site are labelled "Sample".
  • We will not mass-produce thin pages to chase keywords.
  • We will not change a live website without approval.

This page also does not invent founding dates, team biographies, awards or customer counts. Our methodology is public so the way we work can be judged directly, and client case studies will be published only with permission and complete data, under the standard on our case studies page.

From SEO to other workflows

The questions behind Vyntra OS apply well beyond SEO. What information is the system allowed to use? Who reviews an action? What does a useful result look like, and how do we check it? Those same questions shape a lead follow-up workflow, a monthly business report or a personal assistant. That is why we now also build business AI automation, personal AI and AI UGC video systems on the same foundations.

SEO remains the core. Each new system begins with one bounded task rather than a promise to automate an entire business.
