Legal

Privacy policy.

Plain-English, like everything else here. Last updated 11 July 2026.

This policy explains how Vyntra ("we", "us") handles personal data collected through vyntra.site and our business communications. We're a Malaysia-based studio, and we treat personal data in line with Malaysia's Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA); where clients or visitors are in other jurisdictions, we aim to meet the spirit of their rules too.

What we collect, and why

Enquiries. When you contact us — by email, WhatsApp, or the contact form — we receive whatever you send: typically your name, contact details, company, website and message. We use it to reply, scope and (if we work together) deliver services. The contact form's default mode composes an email in your own mail app; in that mode nothing is stored on this website. If a form endpoint is enabled, submissions go to our inbox/tooling for the same purpose.

Engagement data. If you become a client, we process the business data needed to deliver the work (analytics access, ad accounts, reports). Accounts are set up in your name wherever practicable — data ownership staying with you is a design principle here, not just a policy line.

Analytics. This site may use privacy-conscious analytics (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate usage — pages viewed, approximate location, device type. We use it to improve the site, not to identify you personally. Marketing pixels, where present, are disclosed in the cookie policy.

What we don't do

  • We don't sell personal data. To anyone. Ever.
  • We don't buy contact lists or send unsolicited marketing blasts.
  • We don't ask for sensitive personal data through this site — please don't send any.

Legal bases & retention

We process enquiry data on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in responding; client data under contract. We keep correspondence as long as needed for the relationship and reasonable business records, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry data at any time (see rights below).

Sharing

Data is shared only with the service providers needed to operate — hosting, email, analytics — under their own safeguards, and never for their independent marketing. Some providers (e.g. Google) process data outside Malaysia; we choose reputable providers with recognised protections.

Your rights

Under the PDPA (and similar laws elsewhere) you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent to processing. Write toai@vyntra.site and we'll respond within a reasonable time — normally a few business days, the same standard as everything else we do.
